Lot's of backlogged blogging

With the holiday season and my changing of the codehaus, I haven't had much time to blog. Instead of making a bunch of posts here's the meta so I can get back on track and get some of the good technical bits online for everyone.
Relevance: What can I say besides wow! I couldn't be happier to be with these guys. My first week was probably the best first week of work anyone could ever have at any job (spare maybe the playboy mansion). I got to sip good scotch and work with some of the best programmers there are. Not only did the technical abilities astound me just as much as I thought they would, the general thirst for knowledge and completeness as a person added a whole new level of respect for everyone there. It was great to come to the realization that at this point in my career it is becoming less and less about the technical aspects and more about soft skills and personal development. This is truly an awesome opportunity and I can't wait to see what's in store.
New Projects / Opensource: There will be posts following this to talk more about some of the new stuff that I have come up with as well as some additions to opensource that I have recently contributed. Just for a primer if you're not using Safe Erb you should be.
Since it's Christmas I am going to quit geeking out now and head back for more food and drink. Merry Christmas everyone!
